E-gift certificates will be delivered to your recipient via E-MAIL and are redeemable through our website only.

Personalize Your Gift Card / Certificate Entering in the sender and recipient’s names will give your certificate an added personal touch. These spaces are optional and can be filled with formal names, terms of endearment or nicknames if you desire.

*E-gift certificates are delivered via email. Once your credit card is approved and the funds have been made available to us, your e-gift certificate will be sent to your recipient.
*We reserve the right to hold any request for an e-gift certificate for security review.
*The e-gift certificate can only be used at Hearmore.com, through our online ordering process. They cannot be used via phone, fax, e-mail or mail order.
*The e-gift certificate is valid on future purchases only.
*E-gift certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
*E-gift certificates will not be exchangeable for cash, except where required by law.
*Only one e-gift certificate may be used per online order. An e-gift certificate cannot be combined on any online order with other electronic or paper gift certificates.
*An e-gift certificate cannot be used to purchase e-gift certificates.
*Credit card information is required when making payment with an e-gift certificate. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered e-gift certificate will need payment from the credit card to cover the payment due.
*Recipient can check e-gift certificate balance, via their account.
*Returns on merchandise purchased with a gift certificate may only receive a credit; no cash or credit card charges back. An in-house credit will be applied to the account belonging to the recipient for future use. All other standard return policies apply.
*No dormancy fees.

*E-gift certificates expire in 12 months. Does not apply in California, Connecticut, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or Washington. Applies in New Hampshire only for e-gift certificates over $100.00. Expiration date does not apply in any other states where prohibited by law.
